Secretary’s Report:
Read past meeting minutes.
Treasurers report:
Checking: $2011.00
Savings: $5266.00
Bills Paid out - $27.25 for ad in T&C Shopper
Currently have b/t 40 and 45 family memberships
Public Relations Report:
Nothing to report at this time
Presidents Report:
- 50/50 raffle due at convention this weekend
- Christmas Tree
- Multicultural Center – Tree will be up for 2-3
weeks. Must be down between 3rd and 19th of
December.
- Need volunteers to help setup on 11/17/04 at 5:15
- Motion made to provide $50 for tree decorations –
2nd and carried
- Parade of Lights
- Theme is “Christmas Carols”
- Togher has copy of rules for decorating floats
- Jerry Anderson will provide generator
- Aaron will provide trailer
- Will decorate at Darin’s Autobody
- Ryan Ness will provide Stereo
- Decorate Nov. 24th.
Old Business:
- Trail Marking
- Kim Huber has a little left over by Bushnell
(Minimum Maintenance Road area)
- Aaron has update of what is left
- There are concerns that we are running short of
signs
- Kevin King Commented that the marking this year is
as good as it has ever been, although he is still spreading markers at
approaches to allow room for the groomer.
- Discussed changing trail west of Volga to stay on
Hwy 14 vs. going N on the bad ditches.
