Treasures and Sect . reports were read and approved.

OLD BUSINESS: Caps are on their way, should be here in time for Cubbys. 4 color schemes were adopted and approved by the committee. Brian made a report and things are looking real good.

Shirts are being worked on and need to be decided on. A vote was made on one of the logos and the shirts will be ready by the Cubbys night.

The letter about parks being closed down etc that was made up by Ray and was Mailed out.

Convention business is all set up. The motion was made by Ray Oines to give away $100 cash to entice people to preregister. Vote passed.

Motion was made by Ray Oines to go to Lance and propose budget of $1000 to include barbecues, side salad and pickles or chips. If He refuses plan goes to B to the poolside room. Or discussion at Cubbys.seconded by Bob . Motion passed.

NEW BUSINESS: There were 2 new members welcomed , Jason Heineman and Mark Junker. Welcome!

Eric Ottenbach and friends are going to do a float for the HOBO Day parade.

Ron Longville mentioned that Bill Porter should be nominated for the snowmobile Hall of Fame. Scott and Danny Lamp are in charge of filling out the forms.

Need Signup forms for membership. Get Club members to Cubbys by 6:00PM

Getting E-Mails put together for mailing list.

GRASS DRAGS:

Brian Bejaer is getting tents for Grass Drags.

Food is taken care of etc. Pop is needed to be donated.

Ray Oines gave a report on the trail budget statewide. All looks good.
