Secretary report – Jessie: summarized the minutes.  M/S Rod/Bob, motion approved. 

Treasurer report – Craig:  $6957.83 in checking.  We have outstanding bills for grooming.  M/S Bob/Darin, motion approved. 

Public Relations report-No report.  

Presidents report- Bo: As we wrap up the year, Bo seems to miss the meetings that have the most conversation.  J Anytime you are part of a group like this, if people have things to say, it means they are invested and that’s a good thing.  As our president, Bo believes it is his job to give the club more information so they can make informed decisions.  Every argument is an opportunity.  The snow is leaving—but we have a passionate group and it’s been a great year!

Old Business:

Spring Banquet: The banquet will be held at the Sportsmen Lodge at Lake Campbell.  The club will provide the main “roasted animal”.  M/S Carol/Bob to have the banquet on April 12^th.  4pm social, meal at 5pm.  Club members should bring appetizers, sides, and desserts.  Members can come anytime.  Board elections will also happen (Board members, treasurer, vice president).  If you are interested in serving on the board, contact Bo.  During the banquet we will also talk about trail changes, as they must be submitted with our grant proposal by May 1^st. 

New Business:

Trail:  Trail must be removed by May 1^st, 2014.     Discussion was had about possible changes.  Walt says there are 2 spots that he has some concerns…White group Hwy 30/14 and then North of Beckman’s.  Walt would like to be involved in conversations if the trail is going to be changed, as he knows where the groomer will go and where it won’t. 

Trail markings:  As you take trail out this year-please keep track of the markers you use and send a list to Bo.  Bo will compile a list of what is needed and what is used for each section of trail.  Bob keeps his section of trail all together and stores it himself…this is good.  As a club, we just need to know what we need.  And Bo emphasizes that trail needs to be out by May 1^st!

Shed: Let’s cleanup the shed!  April 12^th before the banquet…show up at 10am!

Club Trip: Leaving this Friday and coming back on Monday.  A small group is headed to Wyoming.  Have fun and take photos!!
